SMS Communications Policy
Realbricks has the following policy in effect for the use of our SMS communications for those who opt-in. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers. In the event of a conflict, this policy does not supersede the Realbricks privacy policy, which is located here.
In addition to collecting your phone number at the time of account sign up, we may also collect your phone number if you opt-in voluntarily when you sign up on the Realbricks website or application to receive promotional messages from us.
Your phone number may be used to provide you with improved and personalized services, updates, and promotional offers. These SMS messages may relate to our products, services, discounts, or any updates that we think may interest you. We may also provide special promotions or offers through SMS messages. You understand that standard SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. Realbricks uses Dialpad to send all SMS communications to users who have opted in. Please view Dialpad's privacy policy here with information on how Dialpad may use user information.
You may at any time choose to opt-out of and stop receiving SMS communications from Realbricks, you may always opt out by texting STOP.
Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 3 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
After opting out, Realbricks will not continue to send you SMS communications, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to any other party. We may continue to share your phone number with certain third-parties that may be necessary to perform and administrate the operations of the business.
Realbricks may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site. While it intends to seek a quotation on PPEX, an alternative trading system (ATS) operated by North Capital Investment Technology, Inc. (“PPEX”) with a view to providing our holders of Series Interests with potential liquidity in the form of a secondary market for their investment in our Series Interests. The PPEX does not employ market makers to provide liquidity, unlike national securities exchanges. Until Neptune’s Series Interests are listed, if ever, you may not sell the company’s Series Interests.
