Intro to Realbricks Webinar: Your First Step into Fractional Investing

Today, (February 20, 2025) we hosted our first "Intro to Realbricks Webinar," bringing together 17 investors to explore how Realbricks makes real estate investing accessible. Led by Taylor (CMO) and Nick (Head of Investor Relations), the session introduced our platform and its mission to simplify property ownership.

Fixing a Broken System: Real Estate Made Simple

Taylor kicked things off by highlighting the hurdles of traditional real estate:

  • High Costs: $60,000+ down payments and ongoing expenses.
  • Time: Over 100 hours of effort, from finding deals to managing tenants.
  • Complexity: A 21-step process most can’t navigate.

Realbricks cuts that down to three steps: browse our marketplace, buy shares starting at $100, and earn rental income plus appreciation—all in under five minutes.

Live Demo: 25 Shares of Blanton

To demonstrate just how easy it is to get started, Taylor bought 25 shares of the Blanton property—a 5-bed, 4-bath new build in Omaha, rented for $2,750 monthly—for $250. The purchase took less than 20 seconds. “Next dividend’s in early April,” he noted, showing how fast your money can start working.

What to Expect

Nick explained the dual income streams:

  • Dividends: Projected at a conservative 6% annually, with January hitting 9.2% annualized.
  • Appreciation: Once shares sell out in the initial offering, they’ll move to our upcoming secondary market—unlike platforms with 5-7 year lock-ins, we’re building flexibility to exit when you choose.
